Cover your e-reader with your favorite book's sleeve!
I had an extra Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone book sleeve when my book fell apart, so I thought I could put it to use covering my e-HP books.
Just some thin cardboard to make it stiff, pretty felt, elastic and lots of hot glue.
I love my new cover.

I've done this with older books. I hate to destroy a classic but I love the look of antique books. This is a wonderful project!

Thanks! I agree, it's a good way to salvage what would otherwise be an unreadable book and continue its life
