Meatloaf hand for a Halloween party banquet
I shaped a meatloaf into a large hand. Placed claw shaped onions on the ends of the fingers and a hole onion as a wrist bone. Baked and then melted American cheese on top, but I think Mozzarella cheese would have given a better burned flesh look.
My inspiration was from http://www.notmartha.org/archives/2009/10/27/meat-hand/ But the page is no longer there.

I seriously doubt the recipe had anything to do with you getting sick, unless of course you don't know how to tell when meat has gone bad.
