You Will Need

Step 1Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper & herbs.
Fry in a little oil until browned on both sides.

Step 2Remove the chicken to a dish.

Step 3Clean out the pan & fry the onions until they are brown & sticky.

Step 4Add flour to the onion & stir through.

Step 5Add the stock to the pan. Boil until the gravy has thickened.

Step 6Pour over the chicken.
-
Step 7Cover the chicken with mozzarella.
-
Step 8Place under the grill to melt.

Step 9Serve
