The dress that make you physically incapable of sneaking.
My mother saves bags from the grocery store. They were taking over our kitchen, and I was in a crafty mood. With several burns, lots of plastic, ribbon, a hot glue gun, and a whole lot of wishful thinking, I ended up with this fixer upper. Please comment if you desire to create one for yourself. I can answer questions, but I can't do a tutorial(because it's already made).

The top is really just two or three bags glued together at the straps with the bottoms cut out- I wore a tank top underneath just in case. It's pretty stable for wearing, but mine was way too short to go anywhere. You could add more layers, but you would need to glue those to a skirt or something or they would not be poofy. You make them poofy by fluffing them up all full of air and then doing your best to glue the opening closed- obviously they will often need refluffing. *whew*
Sorry it took so long for me to answer your questions!

That's Really neat I might try and make one. One question, for the top is that just a bag with the bottom cut out? Also do you think you one might make it longer by adding several layers of bags? But other than that it's a really cool dress.
