Based on Diy Duct Tape Steampunk Top Hat by Aidith R.
I added a few small fake red roses and antiqued them with the same copper spray paint that I used on the hat. Painted the hot glue stitches a slightly different tone to contrast them. The feather and roses were sprayed with gold glitter.

Also, I'm probably going to regret posting my mug in a pic, but this is what the hat looks like on.

I LOVE this hat! We are going on a cruise in October and will be aboard for Halloween - I am totally making one of these for my costume. I was going to dress up as a wench, but a steampunk/wench sounds much better.

And, don't regret posting the pic of you wearing it - that pic sold me on this project - you look SUPER cute! Happy
