If hands had underwear would it look like this?
In my spare time I usually make hand warmers and bags, so to make something spontaneous with no pattern was a fun new challenge. The most time consuming part was stopping to check fit and deciding the form of the stitches than the actual crocheting part. Considering that it is my first attempt to create something wearable with crochet cotton rather than wool I’m really surprised by how well it fits. It was 6 hours well spent.

That's lovely. What gauge hook did you use, and yarn? If you don't mind my asking?

I'd love to tell you the gauge but I can't really remember, at a guess I would say 1.25mm, The cotton I used was from a bag of used reels my mum bough for me at a car boot sale so I don't know the brand. I think it is mercerised cotton though if that helps,
