Not good with liquid liner? Here is your solution!!
For some reason I am absolutely horrible with liquid liner. I can never get a straight line no matter how much I practice. So in my frustration I decided to try it with eyeshadow and tape. And it works every time.
I hope everything I say makes sense, if not just ask!

You Will Need

Step 1Gather everything you need.

Step 2
Put a little bit of eyeshadow primer on you upper lid along the lash line.

Step 3Put a little piece of tape on the sides of your eyes. You can angle it however you want.

Step 4Take the eyeliner brush and pick up some black eyeshadow. Tap off excess.

Step 5Start the cat eye by putting the brush right where the waterline and lash line meet. Press it on your eye to make a line as long as the brush itself.

Step 6Now, starting at the top of the line drag the brush at a downwards angle until you get to the inner corner of your eye.

Step 7Now take a little eyeshadow brush and fill in the cat eye.

Step 8Remove the tape, clean up your face, and enjoy!!
