Somthing nummy to warm you to the bones!
This is my hubby's absolute favorite homemade dish, and it is great if you're looking for something to warm you to the bones.

Etoufee is a traditional dish in Southern Louisiana, similar to gumbo, and can be made with shell food or chicken. I thought this was fun---> "In French, the word "étouffée" means, literally, "smothered" or "suffocated", from the verb "étouffer"" -Wiki

While the soup mix is cooking, get your crawfish ready. I used the frozen kind since its already cleaned and cooked.

Awesomeness and yummo! One question: do you use freshwater or saltwater crawfish? I only ask because I had to look up on Wikipedia what a crawfish is and I'm not sure whether to use what I call a crayfish, or what I call a yabby Happy
