You Will Need

Step 1Make up the pastry, (or buy shop bought pastry).
Roll it out to fit the pie tin.
Bake it blind.
Leave to cool.

Step 2Make up the custard.
I added hot chocolate drink powder to the milk before adding the eggs.
When thick enough, pour into the cooled pastry case.

Step 3Allow to cool before placing in the fridge to set up.
Slice and eat on it's own or with fresh cream, either way it is delicious.
