Step 1Gather materials and thread your needle.

Step 2On each ribbon, fold over an inch, and sew. This way you'll have a nice end piece to work with.

Step 3Sew chains onto the end of the ribbon. Make sure it's on really good! Sew each chain on with lots and lots of stitches.

Step 4It should look something like this.

Step 5Now wrap around your ankles with a nice pair o' heels! Tie a pretty bow!

Step 6Untie....

Step 7And wrap it around your neck! Tie a bow! You can double up since you have two!

Step 8Wear one as a necklace and one as a bracelet!
