Pour over the base.

Combine all apple ingredients together.
Pour over cheesecake.

Step 5Crumble...
Rub together all the Crumble ingredients.
Pour over the apples.
Bake for 25-30 mins.

Step 6Allow to cool to room temp.
Place in fridge for at least 4 hrs.
