Add ingredients based on manufacturer’s recommendations. {some tell you to add wet ingredients first or to add yeast at a certain time, so be sure to check if you are new to bread making}

Select the Basic Setting, this makes a 1 ½ lb loaf, that is the medium setting on my machine.
