Step 1Place all chicken ingredients in a bag.
Rub to cover the chicken.
Set aside.

Step 2Heat oven 180 degrees.
Chop onions & garlic.
Place in a tray with the butter.
Bake for 12-15 mins.

Step 3Add the rice to the tray.
Mix through.

Step 4Place the chicken on top of the rice.

Step 5Add the stock to the dish.
Cover with foil & bake for 40 mins until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 6Serve.
