Glass Bracelet Suggestion?

I bought a groovy glass bracelet at a thrift store recently. I haven't figured out how to post pictures yet, so I'll try and describe it: It's got big round glass disks, about 1.5" in diameter and maybe 1/2" thick, side by side, strung on elastic. The beads are kind of a glass mixed with gold foil. I thought it was ugly as sin and fell in love with it right away!

After surfing the internet for crafty ideas, my thoughts went back to that bracelet. I've had it for over six months, and all it's done is sat in my nightstand drawer, never worn. It's sad to have a piece of jewelry you like that matches nothing that you wear!

I figured I'd paint it. I was thinking of painting it black on one side, and silver on the other, that way I can flip it depending on what I'm wearing at the time!

I'm looking for suggestions on what kind of paint to use for painting on glass jewelry? I don't want to use nail polish, I've never had good luck with it. Spray paint, maybe? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Namaste, y'all.

you can upload the picture directly in this thread, there is a "browse" button down the comment box but sometimes it doesn't work. so you can try to upload it to www.tinypic.com, and post the one which says 'direct link' here.
