Halter Recon?

So, years ago, I bought this halter "corset" from Hot Topic.

It's like most of their halters (I think a lot of them have similar designs, but that's just me and I'm a clothing n00b. It's kinda shaped like this: http://img.hottopic.com/is/image/HotTopic/207788_hi), though it has long collar on the neck strap part, an open back, and a giant bow in the back.

Before I had lots of trouble getting it pased both my belly and bust area. Now the tummy area is fine (Yay Happy!!!) but now the bust is darn near impossible :/

I just can't throw it out! I havne't worn in it 3 years, but I'm so in love with it.

Is there anything I could do with it so I can still wear it?
