Butterfly Back Dress....

Hey Ladies, I found this adorable dress while on etsy. http://www.etsy.com/listing/45915642/black-butterfly-back-dress-small [I hope the link works] For the life of me, I cannot figure out how I would go about making the top part that ties in the back. I am a very inexperienced sewer and would love an experts opinion! [Am I getting in way over my head?] Lol! Thanks, peace&&love (:

the link works.
it's actually easier to make than you think. it's basically a tube top with bolero/sleeves, and then you tie 2 sleeves in the back =)
=)
p.s. and that's why i'm paranoid about having an online shop o_O
