I think a pixie cut would look great on you, but maybe you shouldn't cut all your hair as short as your bangs. So then you leave the bangs around the length they are, then have the rest in a pixie cut a bit longer than that

oh Michelle- I have a general rule of thumb when it comes to my hair that I think you should follow- "do whatever you want".

I know you've seemed to be afraid of cutting it or changing it without other's advice and the only advice I really listen to when it comes to my hair comes from my hair stylist- and that's because I am paying her to be honest with me about what my hair can and can't do. Try to have fun with your hair and not worry so much about what other's think of it. Trust me, if you get a good hair stylist who is able to have a hair consultation with you before doing anything- you can feel confident in what you are doing. Even if it's getting a poodle perm and wearing it in pig tails.

actually, I usually just chop. I just seem to be indecisive at the moment. Its like this is the longest its been in years, and I kinda want to keep it, but I know when summer hits its going to drive me nuts

also my hair is covering my really bad breakout on my neck. I never got pimples on my next before, could it be my hair that causes it?

Not likely. If it was an allergic reaction to something you use in your hair it would be on your scalp as well. I would suggest washing your neck with a benzoyl perozide wash and that should clear up the acne.
