Tattoo HELP!!!!!

Can someone PLEASE!!!! help me design my tattoo???? I am turning 20 on the 24th. I plan on getting a tattoo; I want the name 'Jehovah Jireh' this some sort of feminine celetic design surrounding it/as a background. Possibly a cross and the phrase "All that I need" in it as well, but only if it needs something else. It will be on my shoulder blade so not that big. I would LOVE it if some of you wonderful artists could come up with something!!!!
