Step 1First apply your base color, a navy blue or gray color nail polish.Any color similar to a sharks skin tone.

Step 2Next using a thin nail polish art brush(a picture is provided above) make a black triangle shape on your nail,this will be the mouth.
Let Dry

Step 3Here comes the fun part!!
Now using another nail polish art brush(white),make smaller shaped triangles in the larger black triangle you did previously.

Step 4Next using a nail dotter make a white dot, above the mouth.
Let Dry

Step 5After making the white dot,make another smaller black dot on top of the previous white dot you did.
Let Dry

Step 6Next step is optional: Using the black nail art brush make a large "c" shape, then make another one but smaller, and another one even smaller the previous.
