You Will Need

Step 1Gather your supplies: 1 1/2 yards of white/off- white fabric, 4 yards of ribbon (lace, poms), 1/2 yard of red fabric, a 15X 13 square of blue and white fabric, a dowel rod, and a hot glue gun.

Step 2All your going to do is tie your strips of white and red into your dowel rod. I put a red strip in between every 6 white strips.

Step 3Now, you can take your blue fabric and hot glue the top two corners of the rectangle to the two strips behind the piece.
