  Step 1

  1. Prime your lids using an eyeshadow base. This will help the shadows stick and help make the colors last all day long.

  2. Apply a pale mint eye shadow to your lids, above crease and lower lash line.

  your crease by applying gel liner but apply with a light hand then keep winging your liner to create more lines for that cartoony doll like look and don't forget under your lash line.
