Step 1I cut the top off disposable drinking glass to fit small terra cotta pot from Dollar Tree

Step 2Fill plastic glass with hummus flavor of your choice

Step 3Place cup of hummus into terra cotta pot and add small "baby" carrots cut short and with a toothpick hole in top. Put dab of hummus on top of carrot and add a small piece of parsley

Step 4Add a few parsley sprigs around top to look like garden

Step 5Place terra cotta pot of carrots, your "carrot patch" in center of plate or platter of carrot sticks and other vegetables. It makes a great centerpiece for a table of party food.
