Born and raised in Wisconsin, cut my teeth in Minneapolis doing styling and art direction, moved to NYC for Parsons and am currently in fashion design with my favorite company, J. Crew. In my quickly diminishing free time, I love to explore my new borough and plan my world travels (next is Iceland), attempt to keep up with the Internet's wealth of design inspiration, "make stuff" and listen to academic (usually science-oriented) podcasts. That last one on the list DID sound weird, but alas they are free knowledge. Cheers to crafty people!
