I tend to trust without knowing much,
Just dive right in and think I have a new friend.
This is my strength and my weakness both,
Gets me into strange situations with folks.
I've been misunderstood more times than not
My friends end up no good, I'm sore and distraught.
But I refuse to change my unique disposition,
