What was the first project you ever made?
Probably as a kid, an horrific ceramic ashtray for my parents (who didn’t smoke) but in my adult crafty life it was a black and white polka dot (of course) Hooter Hider: a cover-up ostensibly for breastfeeding in public. Thing was, I had no problems with letting one of the gals hang out but really needed something to cover my post-natal tummy – which it did. Brilliantly.
What are your favorite items to make?
Changeable. Whatever is inspiring me and working at the time.
