How would you describe your style and who are your style icons?
I would say my style is slightly edgy but still pretty when it comes to clothes and for makeup I love colourful, bold and dramatic looks but I also like some classy looks too.
For my style icons, I think Miranda Kerr is just stunning and also Beyonce because she can pull off anything she wears.
What's in your everyday make-up bag?
On a good skin day it's MAC Face and Body Foundation or on a bad skin day it's Maybelline Fit Me Foundation. I carry my Collection Cosmetics Lasting Perfection Concealer, ELF Tone Correcting Powder, a Sleek Blush by 3 Palette, a small Inglot palette with my brow powder and some shadows in it, Urban Decay liner in Perversion or Crave, eyelash curler (because my lashes suck), whatever mascara I'm using since I always use different ones, an abundance of lipsticks and glosses because I like changing my lip colour during the day.
What is your beauty routine like?
Cleanse, tone, La Roche Prosay Effaclar Duo, moisturize. I start with foundation then do my brows as I find the brow powder sticks better once the foundation is done. Then I do my eye shadow, liner, mascara and false lashes if I'm wearing them. I finish of the rest of my face with concealer, some powder, contour, blush and highlight. Finish off with lips and then a setting spray.
If you could makeover a celebrity, who would it be and what look would you give them?
I think I would like to give Taylor Swift a makeover because she always seems to wear either pretty and sweet makeup or a red lip. The look I would give her would be bright and colourful but still slightly smokey.
Any tips for someone wanting to mix up their look?
Adding little pops of colour here and there can make all the difference. It could be along the lower lash line or inner corner or even replace the black winged liner with a green or purple or something like that. You can also it arounf the house until you feel more comfortable wearing bright colours and then build up to bolder looks. I love getting a reaction from the makeup I wear and if it shocks people then I can just take it off and try something else, but I still like to shock people sometimes ;)
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I am a face painter and balloon modeler. I am a blogger which I would consider a hobby because I enjoy it so much. But I love my reading and painting too.
