How would you describe your style and who are your style icons?
My individual style is a mix of edgy and bohemian. I love the free-flowing boho style but always add a little bit of edge. My favorite pieces are my black ankle boots, my fringe poncho and and faux-leather leggings. I always pile on the accessories; whether it be armfuls of bracelets, tons of metal and crystal rings, multiple statement necklaces or a mix of all, I need that major glam factor! My favorite style icon is Kate Moss! Who doesn't love Kate?! She paved the way with her edgy, punk style. I also love the quirky, street-style vibe of Cara Delevingne; she isn't afraid to be herself and I think everyone can learn from that!
What's in your everyday make-up bag?
Right now it's Lush Latte lip tint, Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream, Bath and Body Coconut Lime lotion, EOS Strawberry lip balm, and a vial of Narciso Rodriguez "For Her" perfume.
What is your beauty routine like?
Pretty simple, actually. I love to wear different lip colors; one of my favorites is a coppery shimmer from Lush. I have long hair which I wear in it's natural wavy style, or straighten it on occasion. Nothing is complete without my favorite perfume, Prada Infusion d'Iris. I can get ready in 10 minutes! I'm all for that natural, simple style.
If you could makeover a celebrity, who would it be and what look would you give them?
I would love to makeover Taylor Swift. Her style is so opposite of mine; she loves the girlier, more tailored look. I would love to impart a boho-vibe with a messy side-braid, brown smoky eye and dark lip. I'd have her wear a long, flowy maxi dress, brown booties and layers and layers of mixed metal bracelets and necklaces!
Any tips for someone wanting to mix up their look?
If you are afraid to make a drastic change, make little changes at a time. Try simple changes like maybe a new hairstyle or new nail color.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I am a jewelry designer and photographer. My other hobbies include sewing and crochet (I love amigurumi) ! I also do henna tattoos on my friends and family! I also love fashion; I do fashion photography and styling. I love to watch the trends in fashion because they are ever-evolving.
