What are your hobbies?
Family history and local history, photography, reading, collecting (postcards, wooden nativity scenes, and various other things), and I'm trying to learn some Japanese.
What are your favorite crafts and what's your craft space like?
Card-making and making jewellery from polymer clay are what I've done most of, but I love doing a little bit of everything!
I've recently redecorated my craft room (which used to be purple) so it's a neutral background for displaying and photographing my craft projects.
What do you craft along to?
I usually have the TV on in the background, so it could by anything from University Challenge to Columbo.
What was the first project you ever made?
I remember making a quite elaborate Christmas card when I was quite young, a nativity scene with doors that opened. Also, when I was a teenager I used to sell clay jewellery to my friends from a little tin!
What are your favorite items to make?
I love making things that are inspired by my two trips to Japan.
Which other craft blogs do you love to read?
A Beautiful Mess is my main everyday read. I also like Zakka Life, Dollar Store Crafts, and Oh Joy.
