When did you first get in to cooking and do you remember the first recipe you tried?
Since I was a little girl, I loved cooking with my mom. I remember helping her make a fudge chocolate cake that I still make today.
What's your kitchen like and how do you keep organized when cooking?
I have a small kitchen since I live in the city. I keep organized while I am cooking by always cleaning up as I go. Since I have limited working space, I can't leave piles of utensils/dishes just laying around everywhere.
What tips would you give to someone wanting to become a better cook?
Just go for it and practice. You can't get better till you try . Be creative and taste as you go. And if a recipe doesn't work out, don't get discourage. It happens to everyone!
Who would you invite to your dream dinner party and what would you cook for them?
An informal dinner party with family and friends, I would make it a sort of tapas night, dishes I can make in advance. So that at the actual dinner, they can just grab what they want and I can just chill and enjoy the night with them.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I wish I was handy at other crafts but unfortunately that is not the case. I enjoy growing herbs and vegetables. And I love watching TV and chilling on the couch with my husband and my cats.
Which cooking blogs do you love to read?
Bakers Royale, I Am Food Blog and Joy the baker.
