When did you first start making jewelry and how did you learn?
I started dabbling when I started blogging a few years ago. Google is my school. I'm still learning, mostly from other bloggers. Jewelry is a doable sort of DIY for somebody living in a city apartment. No power tools required.
Can you remember the first piece you made?
I think it was some awful rope and hardware thing that ended up looking like it fell off a truck at Home Depot.
Where do you look for inspiration?
High-end designers, fashion magazines, Pinterest, DIY bloggers. I'm currently loving Dannijo , Tory Burch, Hervé Van Der Straeten and ancient Egyptians.
What's your craft space like and how do you organize your supplies?
I live in a one-bedroom apartment, so everything is in a laundry basket in the pantry, organized in plastic baggies.
What music/podcasts/TV shows do you love to craft along to?
Baseball. I have zero interest, so I can concentrate on my project.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I do home décor DIYs as needed and a bit of refashioning, but it's a struggle. I love photography. I'm not great but definitely improved since blogging.
