How would you describe your style and who are your style icons?
I have a quite mixed and eclectic style as I draw reference from different places. I love vintage, "hippie", boho, carefree, scene, all out glam. I can call on any of these and put an outfit together to suit me. I honestly don't have any particular style icons but I've recently started to like the way the Kardashians dress, Kim and Courtney to be exact, prissy chic.
What's in your everyday make-up bag?
I have mineral face powder (coloured), translucent face powder, powder brush, 2-4 lipbalms, a nude lipstick, a pink or berry shade lipstick, 3 different shades of gloss (nude, berry and pink), hair clips, black and/or bronze eyeliner, blotting paper and a mirror compact.
What is your beauty routine like?
I wash my face twice a day with a bar soap cleanser (black soap), I use a Vitamin C + Soy Brightening Serum at least once a day, Moisturizer, skin brightener cream that doubles as SPF for day time and any makeup products follow. At night it's the serum, moisturizer and skin brightener. I do a mask every now and again if I feel like it and I exfoliate with a baby brush or ground up brown rice+a cucumber scrub from Beauty Formulas.
If you could makeover a celebrity, who would it be and what look would you give them?
Oh wow, never really thought about this. It would be Jennifer Lawrence or Chloe Moretz. The look would probably be something smokey and sultry, some definition in the face and a bold lip.
Any tips for someone wanting to mix up their look?
Know yourself and what you like and then think of something you usually would not think to do/wear. Include some element of that thing into your look every now and again, ease into it. It can either go good or bad, you gotta try it to know if you'll like it.
Do you do any other crafts and what are your hobbies?
I was way more crafty when I was younger. I still doodle sometimes but I express myself differently now. My hobbies are reading, writing short stories, applying makeup, watching makeup videos, singing and hanging out with my close friends.
