graphic and web design, supporting local small businesses (and crafters), baking, party + event planning and styling
What are your favorite crafts and what's your craft space like?
I’ll always have a soft spot for jewelry making. I’m an instant gratification crafter so I prefer simpler projects. I love party styling because I get to craft a variety of different items instead of producing masses of the same item.
My husband and I purchased out first house a few months ago so I finally have a dedicated space for crafting. I’ve spend the last couple months organizing and decorating my craft space. I like a lot of my supplies to be within sight, and within reach, in order to inspire me (and so I don’t forget what I have)!

What do you craft along to?
I like to craft along to favorite movies & TV shows, preferable ones I've seen before so that I don't have to pay close attention to the storyline.
What was the first project you ever made?
I’ve loved doing arts and crafts from a very young age. I don’t remember my very first project but one early craft I remember is that my mom and I used to make jewelry out of Friendly Plastic (little colored plastic sheets that you could cut into shapes and layer - then melt in the oven). We’d make jewelry then give it as Christmas gifts. It was very 80s.
What are your favorite items to make?
