Potatoes Butter Shredded Cheese Potato Peeler Fork Salt & Pepper Plastic Bag(s) Baggie Microwave

My sisters and I LOVE these.

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes, [I normally use 3 for myself if I wanna eat a lot.] After peeling, wash them.

2. Stick the potatoes in the plastic baggie and put them in the microwave for 5 minutes. * Every so often open the microwave so some steam get get out.

3. While waiting, get a bowl and have your cheese and butter out. [ I use low fat mozzarella and country crock butter ]

4. Once the potatoes are done put them in the bowl. BE CAREFUL, they are EXTREMELY hot. Then with your fork mash the potatoes.

5. Throw some butter and cheese while mashing to melt it in with the potatoes.

6. Finally, throw some salt and pepper and enjoy :D
