The zebra print bag never goes out of fashion. Instead of buying one, I decided to make a washable brown version. It's a perfect accessory that goes with neutral-colored clothes. I used 1/4 meter of zebra print flannel cloth, 1/4 meter plain brown cotton fabric, 1 inch wide brown cotton strapping about 23 inches long, 1.5 cm diameter fastener, and a brown thread for this project. The finished size of the bag is 11 inches x 8 inches; the base of the bag is 2 inches x 9 1/2 inches. I use 13 inches long self-fabric as straps. I put a 4 inches x 5 inches pocket on one side of the lining. The cotton strapping was stitched into the opening of the bag for a clean finish.
