A new recipe of mine, super easy to make as well! these yummy biscuits dont have to be made with hundreds and thousands, they can be made with almost anything, try chocolate chips, dried fruit, icing them and dipping them in melted chocolate, honey or coconut. they are also nice with vanilla or orange essence x

Description

A new recipe of mine, super easy to make as well! these yummy biscuits dont have to be made with hundreds and thousands, they can be made with almost anything, try chocolate chips, dried fruit, icing them and dipping them in melted chocolate, honey or coconut. they are also nice with vanilla or orange essence x

Instructions

  1. First of all beat the butter and sugar together in a large bowl

  2. Then add the oats and beat well, after they are combined add the egg and stir again

  3. Add the flour and baking powder bit by bit (keep stiring) if at this stage you find the mixture abit sticky add some more flour

    Finally add the hundreds and thousands or whatever you have chosen and mix them in.

  5. grease a baking tray and line with baking parchment, either roll the dough out and cut using cutters or just use your hands

    bake for around 15mins or until golden round the edges at 180degrees, gas mark 5 dont worry if they feel a little soft when they come out of the oven, they harden when they cool down a little.
