I actually used yellow cotton, white cotton, red cotton and black vinyl, but regretted it later when everythin started to fray around the edges (it did hold up quite well though). So for a longer lasting one I'd use felt as it doesnt fray and is easier to sew. Sorry I didnt take any pix of the work in progress. Would like to see sum versions :)Really like to see some Brobee, Foofa, Toodee & Muno versions as I didnt get around to doing them :(

Find a pic of Plex and copy the basic shapes.
Just cut out the shapes of Plex's head, eyes mouth antenna etc, and using matching thread, slowly stitch pieces on.
Use a yellow stitch to make the antenna up to the red spot.
Voila, you're done, you'll have a one of a kind Yo Gabba Gabba tee and everyone will be asking where the heck you got it ;)
