This is also a great way to use up any excess yarn you might have laying about that isn’t quite enough to start a new project, but is still enough that you would feel bad for throwing it out. I used the Space Cadet yarn I received for craft testing. It came is small amounts so I was a bit worried about being able to make a project with it, but it was actually more than enough to make this and I’ve got plenty leftover to make more projects. Despite being so thin it was lovely and easy to work with so my hands didn’t get tired or chaffed while I was working on this and that’s saying something. There was a lot of winding.

Cut a small circle out of a cardboard box, then cut a smaller circle out of the middle of your disk to create a ring. Hot glue the beginning of your yarn to the back of your cardboard circle. Then just wrap your yarn around the wreath you've created by pulling the yarn through the center of your wreath and over the edges repeatedly. This may take a bit of time, but it's so worth it. If you want you can create the pom-pom on the side. It's great for hiding any imperfections and still making the wreath look festive.
