so I saw a woman wrap material around an upside down stool for wrapping paper storage but I had to take it all the way and use only recycled or save...ya know free stuff to make it. so I found Grandma Milly's skirt I liked on her, the stool is from my grandson's maternal grandma, and the plastic bags on the side are what my curtains and sheets came in. I find a way to store my paper, my bows, my ribbons, my name tags and my scissors and tape...all convenient and organized...next the hubby will attach wheels for me....

gather your materials
stand the stool upright and put the skirt over it then hot glue the skirt to the top as evenly as you can.
turn it upside down and hot glue the skirt to the legs and ends like so...this is to create and inside for the paper. I left one off because it had no bottom er or top bar and I figured I would put my ribbon on it.
I laid it on its side and glued three clear plastic packaging's from curtains and sheets that I found.
I measured out enough ribbon to go around the legs twice and made it a hair bigger. then I folded it twice and threaded my ribbon spools onto it and attached both ends to a leg to hang te ribbon from.
I want to put legs on it next....the hubby will help me cuz the top is warped.....hope you enjoyed this!
