and then i learned how to do it with seven strands, but after you learn the technique then you can do it with any odd number!

Do you remember how long the grass was, more or less? I'm thinking of using this weaving technique with different material, but I have no idea how to calculate the length
I learned how to weave from a childs book and my daughter has now got it, that meens it is lost till we tidy up her mess! It was called finger weaving but cannot find it on internet.
Very cute and very natural! If you want to wear it without the fear of it breaking [not like you couldn't just make another BUT STILL] You could [cheap] cover it in elmers glue or [not so cheap] even some resin.
