Wintery Nails Day 3

I put olive oil on my nails before adding on a layer of blue nail polish, thicker on the top and less on the bottom, to get that runny look - the nail polish dried too fast without the olive oil.
I then swiped a generous amount of the black glittery nail polish on the tip of my nail before dragging it down. And I'm done :D
