A fun look to play with and step out of the box.

Instructions

1. 

   Prime/Base your eyelid.

2. 

   Using a stiff short shader brush apply a blue eye shadow outline around your lid.

3. 

   Use a matte white eye shadow to fill in shape and highlight your brow bone.

4. 

   Apply eyeliner and wing it out + Mascara and False eyelashes.
