16 Green Onions 12 Garlic Cloves 2 Lemons ’ zest and juice 4 Red tiny Chilies 1 cup Dijon Mustard 1 cup Veg oil/ Olive Oil 1 cup Sugar 4 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar 3 tbsp Fresh Thyme , chopped 2 tbsp Kosher Salt 1 tbsp Sweet Paprika 2 tsp Cinnamon
