Turn Scrabble tiles into wearable art with just a few easy steps.

Instructions

1. 

   Trace around the Scrabble tile onto decorative paper. You can use scrapbook paper, sheet music, book pages, etc. Here I used a vintage map that I printed out.

2. 

   Cut out the paper, Use permanent ink to darken the edges of the paper and the Scrabble tile. This will give it an aged look.

3. 

   Adhere the paper to the tile with Diamond Glaze. ModPodge can be used when using scrapbook paper, sheet music, book pages, or laser printed images. If using paper printed on an ink jet printer, Diamond Glaze needs to be used to prevent the ink from bleeding.

4. 

   Use E6000 to glue on charms or jewelry findings. The metal used here was easily wrapped around the edges of the tile.

5. 

   Glue a jewelry bail onto the back of the tile with E6000.

6. 

   Add a chain and wear your artful creation.
