White Chocolate Rose

This floral drink combines Rock Rose Gin with grenadine, rose essence, milk, melted white chocolate and rose petal ice cubes for a romantic dessert cocktail.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 3 oz Rock Rose Gin
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 60 g White Chocolate Buttons
  • 2 drop Rose Essence
  • Ice Cube Tray
  • Crushed Rose Petals
  • 1 short glass of Milk

Steps (7 steps, 10 minutes)

    Before you begin, crush some rose petals into an ice cube tray, fill with water and freeze.

    Gently stir the while chocolate buttons into the milk until they have melted.

  3. 3

    Remove from the heat and stir in the Rock Rose Gin, grenadine and rose essence. The grenadine will give the drink a lovely pale pink colour.

    Gently press the frozen rose cubes out of their tray.

    Fill two short glasses with ice.

    Pour the cooled cocktail into the glasses.

    Serve straight away.
