White chocolate & nut cookies

Sweet cookies. You can use any type of nuts you like. I used walnuts & cashews.

You will need

150 g White Chocolate Chopped 100 g Cashew Nuts Chopped 200 g Butter 125 g Sugar Pinch Salt 1 Egg 200 g Plain Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder

Sweet cookies. You can use any type of nuts you like. I used walnuts & cashews.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 200 degrees. Cream butter, sugar & salt together.

2. 

   Add egg, flour & baking powder.

3. 

   Add 3/4 of chocolate & nuts. Mix through.

4. 

   Spoon small amounts of mixture onto a baking sheet.

5. 

   Divide the remaining chocolate & nuts on top of the mixture. Press in.

6. 

   Bake for 15 mins. Serve.
