White Chocolate Buttercream

You Will Need (4 things)

  • 2 cup Icing Sugar sieved
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter room temp
  • 100 g White Chocolate grated
  • 1 tbsp Water

Steps (4 steps, 15 minutes)

    Smooth 6oz of unsalted butter in a food mixer or with a hand blender.

    Add all 12 oz of the sieved icing sugar with water, mix slowly for 2 mins until mixture has combined.

  3. 3

    Add grated white chocolate and mix on the fastest setting until smooth.

    The mixture is ready to pipe or spread over your cooled cupcakes.
