You Will Need (10 things)

  • 1 15.5 oz. Can white beans
  • 2 tbsp Canola Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • ¾ cup Ground Walnuts
  • 2/3 Brown Sugar , lightly packed
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Semi sweet Chocolate chips
  • Chopped Walnuts

Steps (5 steps, 40 minutes)

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 350º and line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Combine white beans and oil in a food processor or blender and process, stopping to scrape sides at least once, until well whipped and fluffy.

  3. 3

Scrape bean mixture into a medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, egg yolk, ground walnuts, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla. Using whisk stir until all ingredients are combined well.

  4. 4

Pour batter into your prepared baking dish and sprinkle with chocolate chips and walnuts somewhat evenly. Get all the way to the edges!

  5. 5

Bake for 30-35 minutes until they're set.
Wait for the brownies to cool completely in the pan before serving.
