This one, like Genetically Altered was another take on the Urban Vinyl collectibles craze. This can be built & customised as you choose. Named Wheelman, because his head is large & round, & the original custom has the head skinned as a Wheel. You can make it into whatever you choose. In the downloads, I have included the unlocked blank pdf, & a couple of my own digital customs.
