Put the wheat germ in a bowl and add the baking powder.
Crack in the eggs and drizzle in the honey. Melt the butter add pour it in.
Mix it all together to form a thick dough, if the dough is too thick and powdery add a few teaspoons of milk.
Mix in the raisins.
Separate the mixture out in to a greased muffin tray and cook in the oven at 350� for 20 minutes.
