This bear was made for my gran. She likes to display stuffed animals on shelves. She also is a candle addict so this was the perfect blend for her. First you mix and melt the wax to the right scent you want. We didnt add color to the wax but you can do so if you want a contrast to the fur. Then you dip the bear into the wax until covered. We used a deep fryer pan so that we could hang the bear above the pot while the excess dripped off. Make sure the bear is in a sitting position while drying. Once it is dried the wax makes the fur stick in all different directions like an over loved stuffed animal. Plus from sitting flat while drying, it has a flat bottom so you don't have to worry about it falling over. The plus side is definitely that you can put this bear anywhere. It smells great. Every couple of months just spray on some more candle scent or essential oils and gently blow dry on a low setting for a few seconds and voila! instant potpurri bear again :-)
